Captive panel screws, or captive screws, are great for use on panel equipment, such as on electronics, machinery or computers, where mounting hardware is frequently lost. The captive panel screws assure an easy and secure assembly while remaining on the access panel when it's removed.
The pan washer head is rounded with fixed washer, which distributes pressure where the screw meets the surface, eliminating the need for a separate washer. Phillips drive is x-shaped for installation with a phillips screw driver.
